“Not what we have, but what we enjoy, constitutes abundance.”
In This Episode:
You’re going to be encouraged to enjoy the abundance you most likely already have in life. Even the things which sometimes cause you pain. We’ll look at how our mental approach to these things will determine whether we feel abundant or burdened.
Specific Items Covered
- Does an increase in abundance increase your pain?
- Abundance fades away when we worry about losing what we have.
- Are you protecting what you have so much, you don’t even use it?
- Do you miss the joy your children bring to you because you’re focused on the pain?
Take Some Action
Consider starting a gratitude journal. Not only will writing in it help you focus on the good that’s happened that day, but looking back in it will remind you of the balance of good that has happened over time.
Tweet something you’re enjoying today that maybe you haven’t noticed before. Make sure you tag me @pdesmondadams so we can all share in your joy and gratitude.
Share what hurdles you may be facing right now that are keeping you from achieving success. Four very quick and basic questions which you can answer in less than 5 minutes. I would be very grateful if you took the time to share. PDesmondAdams.com/survey1
