What is a Podcast?
A “Podcast” is similar to an on-demand radio program. Once you’ve subscribe to a podcast, it will automatically update on your smartphone, tablet, or computer whenever a new episode is published. It’s a fantastic way to consume great content at a time when it’s right for you; when you’re driving, out for a walk or jog, or just around the house doing your daily routine.

    I share some general information and advice that is meant to help you live your best life possible. This may be about work, play, fitness, learning, or any number of things.

  • Productivity:

    Time is the great common denominator. The most successful people in life are the ones who learn to rule their time instead of having it rule them. Here are some productivity hacks real people like us.

  • Self-Discipline:

    I believe the #1 reason most people don’t achieve their goals is a lack of self-discipline.  It doesn’t matter if it physical, business, career, or even relationship goals, most people don’t finish what they’ve started because they lack self-discipline. I discovered this through my own life (so you’re not alone)..

  • Higher Purpose:

    I wanted to make sure I focused on all areas of our life when it comes to achieving success. Mind, body and spirit. I share thoughts and ideas that transcend our physical and look at the higher purpose in living.

  • Resources:

    I share a tool, book, app or other resource to help with some of the things we’ve discussed on previous episodes of the podcast.
